Return & Exchange Policy

For your convenience, items purchased at our Toy Crazy stores may be returned directly to our stores or through the mail.  Please see the Return Policy below for instructions.

Store Return and Exchange Policy

If you are returning your purchase to a retail store, please note:
– Products may be returned with the original receipt or gift receipt.
– Refunds for items returned to a store will be in the form of store credit only.
– Only defective or unworn products may be returned.
– All product returns to Toy Crazy store are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
– Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please contact us for additional return instructions.
– All sales are final, and may not be returned or exchanged, after 30 days.

Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
– Bring the purchase receipt and/or entire packing slip to one of our Toy Crazy stores. Products may be exchanged or Store Credit may be issued for the price shown on the receipt. No exchanges or Store Credits may be issued more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Returns with a Gift Receipt
– Only Store Credit may be issued for products with gift receipt.

Returns without a Receipt
Returns without a receipt can be made at a Toy Crazy Retail Store only. Only gifts with the Toy Crazy gift receipt sticker may be allowed to be exchanged in case of a return without an original receipt. Valid identification is required for all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is required to receive or redeem Store Credit.

Mail in Returns Instructions
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It’s important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.
1. Send the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
3. Include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
5. Unless a different return address is specified on your packing slip, all returns should be sent to the following address:

Mail In Return of Damaged or Defective Products
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-310-456-5696. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and pickup instructions. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.

Recalled Product Return Policy
Nothing is more important than the safety of your children. To that end, we will gladly accept returns on recalled items. If you choose to return your item to our Online Return Center, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment as long as the item is accompanied by your packing slip.
